Day to Day Marketing Operations

I was the primary contact for internal and external marketing requests and inquiries from teams and vendors regarding quotes and timelines.

 

I oversaw each project from intake to execution, creating clear plans and coordinating teams across functions to ensure timely, on-brand delivery aligned with business goals.

On-Campus Branding

Collaborated with a graphic designer and external vendors to create or update banners, windscreens, vinyl, and more.

Miami Open, Kids Day (2022, 2023) 

Organized and implemented a sponsorship initiative at the Miami Open, featuring a Kids Day. Coaches from IMG Academy led a 2-3 hour clinic. This event required months of preparation, including ticket sales, and on-site activation on the event day, which included flyers, promotional codes, sales representatives, and a swag bag for each attendee.

Sport Achievement Database

I led targeted alumni campaigns to support strategic goals. During the NFL draft season, I gathered alumni info to aid product planning, collaborated with creative teams on social media content, and aligned messaging. I coordinated with the product team to include content in email campaigns and website updates. I also created a tracker database from drive resources, a unique initiative now managed by the communications team.
